Why isn't step tracking working?
Step tracking requires Motion & Fitness permission. Go to iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness → and make sure First Responder Ready is enabled. If you denied permission when first asked, you'll need to enable it manually in Settings.
Why did my meal and workout logs reset?
This is by design. Your daily meal and workout logs reset every day at midnight so you always start fresh. Your meal and workout library is permanent and never resets — only your daily check-offs clear.
Why did my water intake reset?
Water intake resets every Monday at midnight for a fresh new week. This keeps your weekly hydration tracking clean and consistent.
I purchased Remove Ads but ads are still showing. What do I do?
Go to Settings → Remove Ads → tap Restore Purchase. This will restore your purchase and remove ads. If you deleted the app and reinstalled, you'll need to restore your purchase using the same Apple ID you originally purchased with.
How do I delete my profile and start over?
Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Profile. This will erase all your data and return you to the onboarding screen. Note: if you purchased Remove Ads, you can restore it afterward by tapping Restore Purchase in Settings.
Is my data stored in the cloud?
No — all your data is stored locally on your device. We don't collect or store any personal information on external servers. This also means if you delete the app, your data will be lost and cannot be recovered.
How does the streak work?
Your streak counts consecutive days where you hit your step goal. It updates automatically the moment you hit your goal for the day. If you don't hit your step goal today, your streak is preserved from yesterday until midnight.
Can I use the app without step tracking?
Yes — step tracking is optional. If you deny Motion & Fitness permission, all other features (meals, workouts, water, weight) work normally. Only the Steps screen and step-based streak tracking will be unavailable.
